Puma, the German sportswear label known for its urban style has joined forces with Balmain, the Parisian fashion house with numerous graphic ensembles. Together, the duo designed their first collab collection, in two parts.
It’s noteworthy, that fashion model and actress Cara Delevingne participated in designing.
Puma brand ambassador Cara Delevingne not only took part in the development of fashion design, but also became the main face of the advertising campaign. The model appeared in an unexpected way: in boxing shorts and gloves in the ring. The spirit of entire collaboration is embodied in this Cara’s image.
On November 21, a first part of the unisex collection has been revealed. It featured shoes, clothes, and accessories inspired by traditional boxing attire elevated with gold tones, with red and blue boxing shorts, long socks with lurex details, satin bomber jackets, hi-top sneakers, hoodies and T-shirts.
The pieces marrying sportswear and fashion are all produced by Puma and are available in the sportswear label's stores and on its e-store. In the 2nd round, six more pieces will be released in Spring 2020, joining the Puma x Balmain collection. These will this time be produced by the Parisian fashion house, and will be available to buy online and in Balmain boutiques. In short, the capsule is set to express individuality, with the casual allure of Cara Delevingne, the couture essence of Balmain, and Puma's sportswear fabrics.
The Balmain x Puma collection is available from November 21 on the e-shops and Puma and Balmain stores.
