The fourth edition of Cairo Design Week is set to take place from November 19 to 28, 2026, once again transforming the Egyptian capital into a vibrant platform for design, creativity, and cultural exchange.
Positioned as one of the region’s leading creative festivals, the event will showcase a broad spectrum of disciplines, including architecture, interior design, product design, and fashion design. Through a city-wide programme of installations, exhibitions, and performances, Cairo Design Week continues to explore the intersection of heritage, innovation, and contemporary design. The festival will unfold across several of Cairo’s most iconic districts, including Heliopolis, known for its historic villas, Downtown Cairo with its Belle Époque character, and Zamalek, creating a walkable and immersive experience throughout the city.A key highlight of the programme is expected to be the Fashion Design District (FDD), which spotlights both emerging and established talent. Often developed in collaboration with figures such as Maison Pyramide and Mai Galal, this section reflects Cairo Design Week’s growing role as a platform for fashion within the wider design landscape. With hundreds of exhibitors, designers, and speakers expected to take part, the 2026 edition is set to build on the momentum of previous years while continuing to celebrate the dialogue between Egyptian heritage and modern creative expression.
